the problem is why would shareholders put in at a premium to drag other shareholders who dont put in for free??
there has to be an incentive for the shareholders to put in relative to the shareholders who dontusually this is by a discount to current price and some options
but in the past I have seen CR at a premium but usually giving a large percent of the company so as to give a controlling interestsimilar to what effectively happened under the previous JV
last years CR at 50% of current price got everyone jumping for the cheque book or accept dilution
worked once why not again combined with a 100:1 consolidation GLTAH
