I think that anyone who feels that it will be quicker and not longer is truly dreaming. This is Peru and we have form there, nothing is quicker.
We also have the dreaded virus to contend with and money will still be needed to keep the company going in the meanwhile.
We cannot expect the good Dr to work from his home all of the time and work for virtually free.
A JV could have them paying the bills and office for the directors and us playing explorers in The NT.
In business they say " Always leave something for the next guy ." So true.
Don't try to grab it all and end up losing it all!
