I'm no expert and no where near the calibre of some people on HC... But I think $1.00 is a tad optomistic.

Based on other iron ore miners in the same calibre as ADY, I would suggest pre de-merger that the share price should be between 40-50c which values the share price post de-merger at about $1.50-$1.80 with 280 million shares on issue. (at least until they get more contracts signed and ramp up production. which will happen one day.)

The extra value will come from the free shares for RLL. (Which may be valued at $1.00 plus).

These are my thoughts.
