My friends got a NEW 30 mtr catamaran with no end of problems and warranty claims. Same with others I know buying NEW sports cars that can't wait to be rid of them when they find what they are really like. I prefer proven and with the problems all ironed out second hand thanks cars and especially property with someone else suffering the buyers remorse and Capital head shave. Helps when you know the boat concerned personally by the way and seen the unlimited funds thrown at it to get it just perfect. The rest is just my love of water and boating. Gotta have something enjoyable to do in ones spare time mid week.
However have other things to do and let the Launch pass...The new boat buyers rather happy as he bought it sight unseen. Fortunately for me its moving to where I have holiday accommodation,so a few days out fishing might still be in order as he's a rather friendly chap. Dreams change.

DYODD I've done my digging and I'm happy enough to have bought more at the Xmas sales,with surplus funds recently earmarked for a Launch.
