I think the market previously cut wgx a lot of slack with expectations big bell will be producing decent margin. Until there's visible trend of falling costs and +ve cash flow I'd say will be a laggard due to general skepticism based on disappointment against previous expectations not met. They really need to start kicking goals in the next 12 months, no excuses.
