You're thinking too small imo. RMS is most likely about to take a massive hit themselves with deferral of Edna cut back due to recent inflation making the existing mine plan uneconomical. The market isn't going to like that announcement when it's made, stated for the next 6 or so weeks. An opportunistic merger bringing the Mt Magnet assets under one umbrella would make the sbm/gmd merger seem light weight in comparison. Immediate +500koz per year production profile.
