Does anybody agree that IBA price is being manipulated. I reckon that it's getting held in irons by 1) maintaining a substantial number of shares at at the lowest ask price and then 2)the timely intrusion of a seller to meet the top bid. This ensures that the party concerned can procure the stock at the lower price, which for IBA is a great bargain. Considering the recent bullish announcements this stock at the moment is being traded at a ridiculously low price.
