Hard to say if a asx company is intentionally or unintentionally run into the ground to accommodate SS who then raise money through share placement to accommodate the next phase of growth or mergers & make more going back up . Do I have proof (NO) but watching your shares value evaporate is hard to take but there is money to made either way & im sure the insto’s get it wrong as well .
