I agree, however SBM has been systematically worked down over the last couple of years to get it to a price where the market capitalization of the company is so low that Genesis with it's massively inflated share price/market cap is on an equal footing with SBM. Now any spikes higher in the SBM share price are worked methodically lower.
I do not see how any "independent" valuation based on the assets held, could possibly conclude that this deal with Genesis is a fair deal for St Barbara shareholders.
