Ok I will bite and ask the stupid question...
why would someone simultaneously place a bid of 1000 shares on the buy and sell side of PEN.
It just occurred then.
Last in the buy and sell orders of 2.9 and 3.1 respectively. Doesn't even pay brokerage so it is clearly a broker.
No even marketable orders. Where is the ASX on their latest warning on the practice of manipulation?
