Hez,Short selling is yet another way to make money off genuine investors , It certainly is illegal how they stack the sell side because they are not selling what they have in place they are fooling people that this is going to happen ( read buying and selling asic, rules conditions google it) Bottom line .... How can ASIC prove that the intentions of the sellers was to be executed or in fact would they ever chase it because as stated before thats how our market regulation body survives. My belief is the goverement(s ) have never understood how the stock market operates and all its introversions , so their answer is , if you dont understand it leave it alone ...... Cheers Vin
