We do not kow however if this is in fact the case...and they certainly in now immediate hurry, so placement "effect" may not even be a consideration at these levels.
Hard to view mamanagement issuing themselves 15c options in full knowlege of a palcement at lower levels though, otherwise they would have waited?
It is not uncommon however for a cheaper placement to concluded as part of a wider strategy to see on-screen support for the stock...the sort of support 14m or so bought at market and taken out of the free float might achieve.
If such a scenario needs to be facilitated with a part fill at lower prices, then it might be the means to a satisfactory end?
Regardless however, the volumes are now at a trickle, I suspect the tail end of a recent large seller and perhaps the odd dweeb he has taken with him, clearly suggesting that the limited downwards momentum that may have crept in recently is nearing its natural conclusion.
