SMM have been trying to send AVQ broke for the last few years, nothing new there.
But what is new? The fact that the end game is even closer.

Question to all:
Do you have enough shares?
The answer: Definitely no
That’s the answer from me and friends who have invested.
Can you afford more shares? Usually no!
If you are like me; you can see victory, just SMM have lots of money to drag this out.
The current fall in the SP is an over-reaction by the market; we all know this will pick up before February 3.
The question is: How much more humiliation will SMM and the Embassy of Japan sustain in court?
Whist I believed SMM would have folded before day 1; I don’t believe they want this charade to continue. I strongly believe they will fold / deal before Feb 3.
As a long term holder I prefer to see this case watertight without any chance of appeal. What’s another 7 weeks ????
