Some of us would remember the 80's....
4 billion people in the world back then.
8 billion now.
In one day, the average person breathes out around 500 litres of the greenhouse gas CO2 – which amounts to around 1kg in mass.
by my calcs the extra 4 billion people add 1,460,000,000t of CO2 to the atmosphere per year from just from breathing....without worrying abt keeping warm / cool transport etc etc etc
