    It means to increase speed, but where are you getting this 2.5mm per decade increase from ? To increase the level of the oceans would mean more water in the oceans, NASA has proven the ice on Antarctic is increasing and the northern hemisphere has had some cold winters in recent years which means more ice up there aswell, not sure where all the extra water is coming from and still not sure how anyone can accurately measure a 2.5mm increase ( which is about 3 times the thickness of your thumb nail ) in ocean levels allowing for tide variations, currents and storm surges over a decade, sounds more like a projection based on a model which is in definition a theory, Not fact. Also some of the greatest mouthpieces of the climate emergency hoax have been buying or building beach front mansions recently just shows the hypocrisy of it all, maybe the increase in sea levels is coming from all the pissing in pockets.
