Proper scientists acknowledge that there is limited data available to make assumptions about the climatic impacts that mmCo2 has on the planet.
Just as they have no concrete evidence that switching to intermittent energy sources can reduce the risk of weather events impacting the planet or that switching off from fossil fuels will effect the average temperatures, going forward.
The only thing that has been proven so far is that the transition energy technologies are very very expensive and so far, they are impractical for supplying anything close to the required base load energy that a functioning country needs.
