Cherry picking a tiny time period to make a case is a very foolish thing to do.
I can easily beat your record rate of rise by monitoring temperatures from dawn to now. That of course is as silly as your time period picked compared to @mogga's graph.
I see you don't want to go anywhere near the USA 1930s data....
