Gentlemen,

The Sp only got to $1.70 because of the takeover offer...fact.

Will they get back to $1.70 under their own steam, I remain dubious...great if they do but there is alot of uncertainty ...

This stock is a success story undoubtedly and well done to board and management in getting it to where it is but in representing the interests of shareholders if the SP doesnt go back up to $1.70 and beyond then they havent done their job correctly insofar as not recommending the takeover, have they? or are you guys working for them.
