The difference between March and October/November is minimal if you look at the graph.
If the issue was in relation to mobilising drill rigs in March, then I would suspect that the same issue will be happening very soon considering the next 30 day forecast as posted.
Also when you think about it the initial campaign was only 7 holes, the rigs literally had to be driven 1km or 2 km then reset and drilling to occur. If the upcoming drilling campaign is to be say 50,000m then AVZ will be moving the rigs around a LOT more than previously done. This is why I think weather could be a concern to the delay.
As for December, forget about it, send everyone on holiday and come back in January, there is no way drilling is occurring during that month, rain fall is out of control then.
When you put all of this together this is why I don't think a JORC will be defined in January.
