Unfortunately capitalism means that everyone is not created equal and unfortunately some people who are employed by companies get bonuses/perks whereas you have decided to buy into the company as a retail investor. Only way to fix that is to apply for a job with AVZ or go and ask your current employer if he would be interested in a profit sharing scheme with you maybe?
