What volume? 106 k traded so far, hardly worthwhile mentioning. And while the outlook for the oil price is uncertain, there is hardly a reason for any suitor to hurry up. Much better buying cheaply what's available.
We are holding basically options on the oil price ... and the market sees no need to rush the decision which way it will go ...
