re: mansfield resigns (to gse) Yes I would agree with Grant in that it should spend a week or more significantly down. Something is up and funds would want to reduce their exposure to any more shocks in my opinion.
And yes Grant - good for your HTA. Actually while ever there is a board of TLS more interested in politics then management, its probably good for all the competitiors in some way, but HTA more to gain them most.
