Why would the tenement holder terminate their jv agreement with syngas (a tech company that can realistically commercialise the bc) and sell to Mantle Minng, who are an exploration/mining company with no tech to develop the bc? And at terms the provide the vendor a handy windfall but only if the bc gets mined?
What could they see in Mantle Mining that would encourage them to do this?
When IK was spruiking the deal to Resolve Exploration what could he tell them that would convince them to sell the tenement to Mantle Mining instead of a coal/oil major? That Mantle is about to do some JV deals in the LV with their BM partner? All IMO.
