Sorry Rubes; Sedge are an excellent partner for your handling plant. Structural steel not a problem 10/10. Dirt 1/10. No
Thiess.....leaking heavily as are its family. Thiess purchased an earthmoving company ( not a very big one either) and attached it and added the words civil to Thiess. On bulk horizontal dig 5/10 yes; there are many better in the earth scene blooms; in my environment I consider other more competition than those. They DO NOT hod that expertise Blooms; look through ALL their projects; shafting isn't in there.
FWIW their group has decided to pull their heads in quite far; there's been a few dollars falling through the cracks.
Ask around who said -" there will be no cheap construction projects in Australia again; we have to build in all the risks"
Notice that last word.
So no blooms. I'm sure it can be done; I'm positive it can; cost will be considerably larger than your figure; that's a fact. Risk....phew..... That's large blooms; will it work to ..... On paper it may ; )
