Also mentioned on Today show on channel 9 today that a community west of Melbourne is up in arms about mining "coming to the suburbs". They had a legal expert come on the show and he basically said that the land owners had virtually no rights and were unlikely to be able stop any project that would be profitable to the government. Didn't actually mention Mantle or BM. Amazing the coverage this is getting at this early stage though. I look forward to the company and the government clearing this up as I am sure the majority will approve once all facts are known and benefits are shown to outweigh the negatives(that's my opinion anyway).
