Mate you should brush up on the facts.... the multi billion $ company already agreed a long time ago .... the delays are due to bureaucratic red tape and not actually in any way the responsibility of the parties.
They all agreed amicably to "co-exist" and achieve their separate goals but then the shiny bums got involved and have fluffed around ever since... DYOR as all the info exists publicly and has been posted within this very forum.
