    I don't think you are quite on track with the "113kw per tonne of coldry product" comment.

    They have actually stated that they will use 111 kwh per tonne as opposed to 111 kw per tonne.

    Now vertigo has previously stated how long it takes to dry the Coldry product, and to be honest, I can't remember how long he said, but let's say for arguments sake it was 48 hours.

    At 48 hours then the number of kws used would be 2.31 i.e.
    111 / 48.

    The only way to accurately state how many kilowatts per tonne is used to dry the Coldry product would be if one actually knew how long the process took.

    So getting back to the competitor, were they quoting kw per tonne or kwh per tonne?

    BTW, 111 kilowatt hours is equivalent to 1 Australian household's average kwh usage for approx 6.1 days i.e. the average Australian household uses 18.2 kwh per day.
