I have been thinking about the appointment of Manuel Africano...
He has now retired from the cabinet. He was the Minister of Geology & Mines from 2000-2008.
His vice minister Makenda Ambroise(2006-2008) has now stepped up into the Ministers position upon his retirement.
Manuel has now taken up a position with Cityview.
He is a prominent Angolan and has a doctorate in economics.
In the release today MS said
“The appointment of such a distinguished African as our Chairman will greatly assist CityView’s future in West Africa.”
Now put 2&2 together..... What does everyone think???
