    It's just history BD that's all. You asked about the history.

    Was being built in USA for installation in Bulgaria. Something went wrong....project apparently abandoned...presume building of refinery was suspended... Company created to operate the refinery dissolved. Court case between company and its Chairman.

    That's all.
