hey moonlight...i think i've seen an ann before re cost sharing (please send it anyway though, thanks)........ but what i was actually getting at was, even though they might SAY to their jv partner: "ok, the sign's gonna cost us $1 million, that's 500k we need from you and we'll pay the other half.."
WHAT IF (is what i'm saying) the actual sign REALLY COSTS Lumacom only 200k? 350? or even 500k to produce?
...in other words, the sign costs LUM s.f.a - limited risk with everything to gain... pretty clever imo.... if it were to be true!! We can only look forward to future announcements to eventually 'know the deal'.
At day's end, it's a sale. What the sign actually costs to produce is LUM'S business, what the buyer pays, is a price that they're happy to pay....
No diff to G Harvey telling you that if you come on to Harvey Norman and pay HALF the normal price of a sofa, THEY'LL pay the rest and let you load it up and drive away with it! Hmmm...do ya really think their paying half...don't think so!!...
..How else can Gezza afford 500000 JBH shares! lol :-)
