Some pieces of information regarding HC Berlin Pharma (DE):
- Their homepage is no longer available.
- In June 2010 they filed for bankruptcy/insolvency at the
relevant local German law court.
- Tel.No. of their legal headquarter in Berlin has been
taken over by another institution (i.e. Europaeisches
Wirtschaftsforum).
- They are no longer available at their planned production
site at "Science Park Potsdam" near Berlin.
- Legal insolvency management will be handled by following
attorneys: Kanzlei Feser - Spliedt - von Stein in Berlin.
- In a local newspaper (dd. 9 Oct. 2010) it is reported that
insovency manager is going to check BP's rights against
EMS and to contact EMS in near future. He will check
actual legal situation but fears a legal suit in
Australia which might be expensive.
- Today I asked insovency manager by mail to provide me
more details about HC Berlin Pharma and I am wondering
whether he will follow my request. If so I will report.
