Whats the point of giving them shelter they will just put a match to it like they have done on numerous occasions. They really need to be sent back where they came from to help the rebuild of their own countries most are economic not political refugees.
As for the finger used for cleaning themselves instead of toilet paper yes thats really a cultural thing and should not be concerning probably better than Westerners going through thousands of acres of forest each year to make toilet paper.
