I've been in several stocks where investors had enough of waiting and sold as they had "awesome" opportunities elsewhere. Lol, it didn't go to plan for the nervous lot whilst the astute investors profited from the sellers mistakes.
Patience is very important considering we are on the verge of company making drilling results but some simply don't want to wait. They prefer to jump aboard once the results are out which will help it run. The barriers at 3.8-4c is clearly used to accumulate or prevent it from running for numerous reasons. I wouldn't be too worried as they would've already sold at market if they were sincere.
