So the patent lapsing doesn't matter? Do provisional patents offer the same protection as patents?
There's so much conflicting information about patents online (and most of it is American.)
i haven't been able to find a full list of the analogue library that Emyria has access to. Are these the "uwa-xxx" compounds like uwa-090, uwa-101, uwa-121 etc?
Is there a full list somewhere? I looked on PubMed for everything that Dr Matthew Piggot published but from what I can gather the uwa compounds were developed with reducing psychoactivity in mind?

id LOVE to read about what synthetic cannabinoids emyria have in the pipeline. The whole "spice" thing really dampened research on compounds that actually hold a lot of promise. There's some, even in the original jwh series, that showed extreme promise in cancer research iirc.
