Hi mate, last October, INF released an ANN regarding the "Positive Court Decision for San Jose", but this time, when the due day of hearing is coming, they haven't released any positive information, so it is high probability that the court decision is NOT positive until now.
Also, the lithium grade in very low, resulting in a high CAPEX, which is not an issue when the price of lithium is rocketing, however, this price can't maintain forever. Even if they manage to get the permission in the future, this project may not be profitable.
Further more, the pensioners and government employees in Caceres don't care about the jobs this project can create, while the politicians need their ballots.
