there is one thing that i am expecting together with the BFS or after the BFS, the company will announce a capital raising, and i guess it could be as much as $20mln extra or a capital dilution of around 15mln shares..... I would hope that this will be in the form of SPP to existing shareholders..... but it is very doubtful b/c the foreign investors and institutionals look like will have first hand to it....
The $20mln capital raising and the $30mln loan from the Chinese party who signed the MOU with WPG will be more than enough to fund the Peculiar/Buzzard hermatite development project......
So, we might have as much as 100mln shares (fully diluted) after capital raising and this is still cheap relative to the potential $50mln cashflow from 2008 onward for 10 years........
Whatever happen, my research is saying WPG has plenty of upsize to come......
