Hi All,
Anyone follow ISS or done any research into this "fairly" illiquid stock?
I believe it has many positives, which could present a good opportunity for a short term trade (ive taken short term to be anything upto 12 months??)
Strong cash position of ? $7M.
Zero debt.
MC of around $13M.
tight fiscal attitude from managment.
Pays a dividend of 5%(at current SP).
About to re-introduce interim dividend, from 31/12/10 subject to trading conditions.
announced(mid nov) an on market buy-back of shares starting 2/12/10 for a period of 12 months, conducted by Baillieu stockbrokers, of about 10% of the issued stock.
SP has dropped (been heavily beaten down?) since end of october.
ISS CEO bought 2.5M @ .18cents in sept 2010.
Fairly upbeat outlook going forward, intending to increase staffing as company trading conditions improve.
Am i cynical? or has the SP dropped so the broking firm can buyback shares cheaper?
interested in others thoughts
cheers
wg
