Because at the end of the day, the FCC arrangement is a factoring deal. Cash flows back to BIG. Over time, that $19m sitting in the Security Deposit account gets paid to BIG. And then they can begin financing their own customers.

3 years to build that trust and literally 1 week to destroy it. They'll have to dump FCC ASAP and do a cap raise to regain trust, that's the only way out I reckon. They said the arrangement is not dependant for future growth, so they must cease this arrangement now.
