thanks thanky yes I was aware they could extend it but the deal is extremely favorable in FC favor hence why I asked about the cap raise to move on from such a deal.

Sorry don't buy into the bit where you say poeple could of considered they got ripped off if a CR was done at $4..........one of the directors were buying at these levels.
What about all those who brought in over $4......are you saying that due to lack of clarity and non disclosures at the time they should feel ripped off as well.
