I totally understand what you are saying.
I personally believe the financing/sponsorship deal, at the time, was a stroke of genius and as you say akin to "crack cocaine".
But this deal is coming at some cost, actually quite ridiculous costs, and with a flying SP the company was in a prime position to do a cap raise, above $4, to put themselves in a position to move on....or at least wean themselves off the crack sooner rather than later.

Yes plenty of bulls#@t(scaremongering) being floated about but also some further please explain warranted.
As you quite rightly indicate both financial reinstatement and non disclosure are what they are and SHers will have to take some medicine on this.
I do think doing a timely cap raise above $4 would have been prudent but maybe I am trying to look clever with the use of hind site.
