many resource stocks are down

I think many here are missing the point. Have a look at the charts of stocks like IGO,MCR,ALB etc etc

These are solid companies making lots of money but their share prices all fell in a huge way in the last few months.

This is all about if commodity prices remain strong over the next few years IMO.The institutions were big fans of longer for stronger at the peak having missed the profits but are now running like mad.

To pick on CMR and its supporters is missing the point.
