Great post SP and well done on spending the time and sharing your thoughts. I believe the purchase will happen and as stated previously in a form not necessarily perceived by the market. Your model fits this bill. The timing of the wastewater announcement has made me nervous that a plan B was been put out there to manage the companies going concern status.
The deal should be achievable if the numbers make sense and the right approach used. If both the wastewater expansion plan mentioned and Mayfield come off in the space of a couple of months then I'll wet my pants. They mentioned the number of interested parties in utilizing the plant previously. If some of them are well known names and the PR is positioned well then Intec will be back on track and I believe become a new market darling.
New sustainable eco friendly technology that is patented. Go you good thing.
