News for Today & the Weekend (AEDST)
The XJO closed lower on Thursday.
Volume (value traded) was again above average, and again the close was well off the day lows.
The failure to respond positively to Wednesdays bar does not give much confidence towards the upside.
However, Thursdays bar did attempt to breakdown below the 1st December low @5207.7, and rejected going lower,
this leaves the Index on the springboard, and it should be poised to respond higher.
A spring does not HAVE to succeed, however a failure to respond now, would bring lower targets into play.
To my eye, this spring does not inspire confidence & should not be relied on........but it is there.........so wait and see.
