re: full yr results soon? bloodbath or not? don't deny that resources/energy has another two good years to run but trade the volatility...it will correct...as to when well....i just sell off a few things building cash to buy whatever has the best fundamentals and drops the most...

and property did correct by 10-20% in Brisbane in dec 2004 and more in Sydney just before and after. I had three houses in Brisbane and I sold one at the peak in may 04 and six months after sold another in dec 04 for 10-20% less to get out. Since then it has recovered but gone nowhere north. Will be another year I imagine. End of 06, investors will return. I still have one house in Brisbane, done nothing.
