I found some interesting production info, of all places, on Wikipedia. I have a copy of the Mining Handbook '03 at home which references the figures so I'll confirm if they are correct when I get the chance.
My understanding is at the time Big Bell closed the gold was being sold into a hedgebook @450 per ounce which contributed to the operation being shut down.
At current price and assuming production costs within 10% variance Big Bell could be a great project starter!
