I visit Israel every year Groundzero so am well qualified to know that Israeli politics is as secular as any western nations. It's neighbours on the other hand are a different story. Ruled by despotic dictators, religion used to control the poor and uneducated, high unemployment and blame the US and Israel for all their problems. A perfect example is Gaddafi and Assad, who blamed the uprisings in Libya and Syria on the US and Israel when in fact they are the evil ones- killing their own people to keep their power
