    Patience, you may well be right. I have too much capital tied up in this one to leave it just sit for a year. so I'm betting you are wrong.

    I like SIPA right now because

    *they have been around for 23 years,
    *very experienced and respected
    *they are the busiest they have ever been.
    *exploring 4 highly prospective areas at once
    *Have 10 million in the bank (most importantly)
