Nice find…now instead of building an entire road to Trans taiga, we just need to connect to this new road.
”The Government of Quebec has proposed”. Meaning likely will get built since they are the ones suggesting it and obviously funding it.
They clearly want to open Quebec by building roads and offering flow thru funding to make up for the remoteness….
Now just need them to shorten the environmental process which is also currently in discussion.
