wayne sold to MBL knowing that they will sell it on to the right player shortly...this has much wider implications for the company than the md selling down...it has to do with who wayne made space for to come in...he, in effect has given up leverage in exchange for credibility. Sure, he may not now get as much out of a price rise that he would have otherwise got, but he will probably regain a fair propotion of his wealth quiker this way.
