I have as much motivation to take this to that waste of space named ASIC as i have of shooting myself in the head.

manipulation is covered by the Corporations Act rather than by ASX’s Operating Rules. The Corporations Act is
administered by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (“ASIC”) and, if you wish to pursue this
matter further, you will need to do so with ASIC rather than ASX. ASX has no power to investigate or take action
in relation to breaches of the Corporations Act.
(By way of explanation I would add that in August 2010 ASIC took over responsibility for supervision of the
market. Prior to that time ASX would have reviewed the type of trading to which you refer to identify if there was
potential manipulation since there were manipulation provisions in our rules. What has changed since August
2010 is that ASIC solely carries out that role and not ASX.)"
